is a program that helps you pay your heating costs. Applications are accepted from November 1 to March 31. Contact

The Universal
Service Fund (USF) is a New Jersey program to help make energy bills affordable for low income customers.
Applications are accepted all year. for information, contact: 1-866-240-1347.
You can apply to both USF & LIHEAP with one application. You may be eligible for
both programs. If you sign up between Nov 1 & March 31, you will be applying for both LIHEAP & USF. During
the rest of the year, you can only sign up for USF. To find out where you can get and file an application, contact
